I also think you’re downplaying the impact of AC and HP loss. Disease immunity is something that seems ot hardly ever come up, and is something a level 3 paladin gets, Mot having to eat or drink also hardly comes up, since few DMs track that sort of stuff.

Which isn’t gamebreaking overall, but damned useful. They are literal walking metal death machines, and a good, flavorful class feature to give them is armor that gives them generally higher AC than other races.

Envoy Warforged are getting a skill proficiency they get to choose, a tool with expertise if spent on thieves tools that’s pretty valuablefloating ASIs, and resistance to poison.
