An excellent summary and overall introduction to Buddhism in the Theravada or classical school, written in easy to understand language. The path of practice isn’t easy. I have a fairly comprehensive Buddhist library which I read from daily, but the author I return to the most often is Ayya Khema.

This audio book has helped my meditation practice tremendously. You will not find a better more straight talking beung. Well written and the narrator delivers in a clear, calm voice.
